All-year D Superior cottages are newly built, luxurious detached cottages with an area of 80 m². They are two-storey cottages with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom on the ground floor and a WC upstairs. They are an ideal choice for a larger family or a group of friends. The cottages are attractively located among greenery and feature large, spacious, sunny terraces with beautiful views. Each cottage is nominally designed for 6 people, but can accommodate up to 10 people.
D-type cottages are numbered 31–38.

For larger families and groups who need more space, a bathroom on the ground floor, a WC upstairs and comfort during longer stays.
